The easiest mustard sauce to prepare to accompany with any meat dishes

An onion and mustard sauce to serve with pork that is traditional and easy.

Ingredients

1 Onion
300ml white wine
600ml stock
1 teaspoon mustard
25g butter
Sugar

Recipe Instructions

Cook the sauce.
Finely chop the onions and fry them in the butter until they are transparent. Add the wine and let the liquid reduce by 50%. Add the stock and let simmer for 20 minutes. Add the mustard and the sugar to taste.

To serve.
Serve with pork.
