Pork Slices and Onion Stir Fry Recipe

A great onion dish for pork lovers

Serve as a main dish at lunch or dinner.


60g lean pork
2 tablespoons olive oil
320g onions
½ teaspoon rice wine
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with water
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon rosemary

Recipe Instructions

Prepare the onions.
Clean the onions and drain them well. Cut them into slices and set them aside.

Prepare the pork.
Cut the pork into small slices. Mix together the rice wine, ¼ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon cornstarch. Place the pork slices into the mixture and let them marinate for 15 minutes.

Cook the ingredients.
Heat the oil in a wok and fry the onion slices for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the pork slices, rosemary and the rest of the salt and stir well. Fry until the pork is cooked through. Add the remainder of the cornstarch and stir until the sauce has thickened.

Remove from the heat and serve.
