Home Made Sage and Onion Stuffing Recipe

A perfect stuffing for a perfect occasion

A classic stuffing to use with chicken, pork, duck or goose.

Ingredients

225gr onions, quartered
½ teaspoon dried sage
100gr fresh breadcrumbs
25gr butter, melted
Milk
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Recipe Instructions

Cook the stuffing.
Bring some water to the boil and boil the unions until they are tender. Drain off the water and chop up the onions finely. Mix the onion with the breadcrumbs, sage and seasoning and bind it with the milk and melted butter.

Makes 400g
